To place an order, simply click on the image or item title to view the full item description and add your selected item to your basket. Once your shopping is complete you then proceed to checkout. Payment can be either by Credit / Debit Card, PayPal, UK Postal Order or UK Cheque which will need to clear before goods are posted.

 You do not have to be a member of PayPal in order to use the service.

For your security, electronic payments to Appliance Spares Centre are accepted through Sagepay or Paypals secure on-line payment system. Paypal is the most popular and safest credit card processing system available trusted by over 200 million people around the world! All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted via Sagepay, as well as PayPal direct payments, are accepted. Your credit card information is kept confidential by Sagepay, and is not shared with any merchants including Appliance Spares Centre


If you have a PayPal account already, you can of course log in to the account to complete payment. 
PayPal uses the latest technology for security and for fraud prevention - making your payment safe. For your privacy, we do not have access to any financial information entered with PayPal or Sagepay.


At checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Sagepay or PayPal to enter payment information and then returned to this site after your payment is accepted. Sagepay and PayPal both send immediate confirmation of the transaction to our checkout system.


Please note that all goods supplied by Appliance Spares Centre will remain our property until all outstanding payments are made in full. 


Delivery Information 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days but please allow up to 7 working days although usually your order will be dispatched on the same day if received before 2pm. On occasion this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control - for example Bank Holidays and the Christmas period.  We will endeavour to dispatch all paid orders prior to or on the last postal day on such occasions. However, we will contact you by email if we are aware of this possible delay prior to dispatch.
Delivery costs are charged to the buyer.


Order Status  

We will email you when your order has been dispatched, but additionally you can track the status of your order by logging into your members area and clicking on 'Orders'. Your placed orders will be available to view and you will also have the current assigned status against each one. The meaning of each status is described below:


Pending - Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting payment
Processing - The payment for your order has been received and your order is being processed
Picking - Your order has been processed and your goods are being packed

Shipped - Your order has been dispatched and should be with you within the next two working days
Cancelled - Either payment for your order has not been received within a reasonable time and it has now been cancelled by us, or you have informed us that you no longer wish to continue with your order.


Damage to Packaging or Goods - When taking delivery of your goods from the courier, if there is any significant damage to the packaging we would ask that you write this on the couriers delivery note as once you sign for the goods you have accepted them in good condition. If this is not the case without a note on the couriers system we cannot claim for damaged goods.


Shortages - All shortages must be reported within 24hrs of delivery we will be unable to rectify any shortages reported outside this time frame. Please ensure you unpack and check your goods thoroughly before reporting any shortages.


Data Protection 

The Data Protection Act dictates that we must protect your account information against unauthorised access or release. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party, unless you have authorised us to or we are legally required to do so.

Returns Policy 

Unwanted goods
Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused in original packaging or a restocking fee of 15% will apply. 
The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit for any returned items.

Faulty goods
In the unfortunate event of any faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods (within 14 days) will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.



Appliance Spares Centre have used reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of this site and we accept no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracy, errors and omissions. We also accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from the use of any instructions. 
Your use of our website, and/or your placing of an order through it, indicates your acceptance to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.  If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please cease using this website. 
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Appliance Spares Centre will warrant to the original purchaser that all finished goods are free from defect in either material or workmanship for the minimum period of 1 Year unless otherwise stated. (90days in the case of spare parts).

Note: This warranty expressly excludes consumable parts such as replacement carbon brushes, floor tools, brushes, dust bags etc. that are considered replaceable from time to time during the normal working life of the machine.

The warranty date commences from the date the goods are purchased.

Any warranty claim inside the first 28 days of use will be undertaken free of charge. If your item becomes faulty after having been used for more than 28 days, we will arrange to have the unit repaired. There will be a £20.00 charge for the uplift and re-delivery of the unit but any repairs required will be carried out at no cost providing the fault is covered by the terms of the warranty. Once the item has been verified by our in house engineer as being faulty we will carry out any necessary repairs and return the item to you.

Claims will not be accepted if they are the result of fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse of any kind.

No replacement will be given unless the appropriate evidence of the validity of the claim has been provided to the satisfaction of Appliance Spares Centre

Appliance Spares Centre reserve the right to charge for any unnecessary work carried out as a result of an invalid claim.

No variation to this warranty may be made or implied by any member of Appliance Spares Centre unless such variation is in writing and authorised by the Company.
